With over two decades of experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I have dedicated my career to applying the science of behavior analysis to empower individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. My passion lies in developing innovative, evidence-based strategies that enhance clinical outcomes and ensure the highest quality of care.
Throughout my career, I have provided clinical and operational leadership, driving excellence through Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles. I have successfully developed and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision-making frameworks that improve service delivery and promote sustainable growth. As a co-founder of a highly ethical and successful ABA company in New Hampshire, I played a pivotal role in shaping its mission, leading to a successful exit and a C-level role overseeing clinical services at the national level.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I have been deeply committed to advancing the field of behavior analysis through leadership and advocacy. As the past President of the New Hampshire Association for Behavior Analysis (NHABA), I championed initiatives that promote ethical practice, advocate for individuals with autism, and support the professional development of behavior analysts.
I am honored to serve as a volunteer with the Behavior Analyst Leadership Council, as their mission aligns closely with my core values. Their dedication to ethical leadership, professional mentorship, and advancing best practices in behavior analysis resonates deeply with my own commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in our field. Together, we strive to shape the future of behavior analysis, ensuring equitable access to high-quality, culturally responsive care for all individuals.
